Are all the lines in the UHD Advisor report in green?
This is strange, you seem to have everything you need. The monitor is OK, although it is barely a HDR monitor with only 350 cd/m2. Not recommended value.
I do not know what this error message means. But you may try to:
Update Intel ME
Update Intel VGA driver
Install Gigabyte HDMI utility
Is SGX in BIOS set to Enabled, not Software controlled?
Did you ever play any UHD disc or not?
Did the online initiation took place? (If not, are you connected?)
Does PowerDVD do something before the error message? Does it load the disc at least?
Is your HDMI cable 2.0 certified?
Is PowerDVD the last thing installed?
I can play uhd downloaded from internet but not original uhd disks. The error is E8800708.I have the system all upgraded and the advisor report all green...I make also a reset of motherboard and make clean installation of windows 10 pro and power dvd...
In the Advisor I have all green;Intel ME is updated and also Intel VGA driver:Ihave installated the Gigabyte HDMI utlity; In BIOS SGX is enabled not software controlled;I can play UHd disc donwloaded from internet(full UHD) but not originals UHD disk with error 8800708(All original UHD disks);I make initiation onlinetook place;I use hdmi cable high speed with ethernet channel and I have the last official version of power dvd 17 ultra...Then?

[quotePostId=297201][quotePostId=296751]The software is already outdated, with no update in sight! Some of the newest blu-ray disks just released by the biggest movie studios do not play using "power" dvd17. They should rename it to pukeDVD17. Also, their "support team" takes forever plus 2 weeks to get a reply to you.[/quotePostId]
mine works finei have 77 blu-ray collection from ant-man to warcraft, menu fine, uninstall and delete folder, and reboot, clean reinstall, should solve.[/quotePostId]
