The software is already outdated, with no update in sight! Some of the newest blu-ray disks just released by the biggest movie studios do not play using "power" dvd17. They should rename it to pukeDVD17. Also, their "support team" takes forever plus 2 weeks to get a reply to you.

Aorus Gaming 9 is definitely able to play UHD discs. What are the other components in your PC? What do you mean by The Advisor is OK? .

Are all the lines in the UHD Advisor report in green?
This is strange, you seem to have everything you need. The monitor is OK, although it is barely a HDR monitor with only 350 cd/m2. Not recommended value.

I do not know what this error message means. But you may try to:
Update Intel ME
Update Intel VGA driver
Install Gigabyte HDMI utility

Is SGX in BIOS set to Enabled, not Software controlled?
Did you ever play any UHD disc or not?
Did the online initiation took place? (If not, are you connected?)
Does PowerDVD do something before the error message? Does it load the disc at least?
Is your HDMI cable 2.0 certified?
Is PowerDVD the last thing installed?

Ok sir:

Thanks so much for your answer.
Lets go step by step:

I am conecting the screen in the integrated cpu Intel graphics (INTEL 630).

INTEL SGX TECNOLOGY (CPU/MOTHERBOARD) IN RED
INTEL MANAGEMENT ENGINE SOFTWARE (IN RED TO)
ALL OTHERS ITEMS IN GREEN.

INTEL ME ENGINE- UPDATE
INTEL VGA DRIVER- UPDATE
INTEL GYGABITE HDMI utility-UPDATE.

HDMI CABLE 2- FULL CERTICATE
ALSO INSTALLED AT LAST THE POWER DVD ULTRA WITH ALL THE PATCHES.(Instalation is online).
Whe i try to reproduce an UHD Blu Ray movie disk (not file). the disk strat to run, the appears a legend says; Power DVD is installing the packages necesaries to reproduce UHD Blu Ray Movies (It only make once this instalation). The appears the error:
INTEl SGX TEGNOLOGY IS NOT ACTIVATE, INSTALL THE INTEL MANAGEMENT ENGINE. But it is allready installed and the GSX Tecnology is also activate in the Bios (not software controlled).
THIS IS REALLY EXTRANGE. Any idea?
Acept your sugestion about this

Thanks you very much.
