If your audio is from a variable rate MP3 source, that is known to cause sync problems with audio and video.

Variable rate audio from any source may cause the sync to drift.

Thanks for your reply. I did compress them with VLC media player before putting them together. Could that be the issue?
I made two videos in PD18 Ultimate.

When I put them in a new project back to back and render them about halfway through the second section the audio starts to get off track and worsens as the video continues.

I am not doing anything fancy here.

Any suggestions?
Quote That's probably better asked of Cyberlink customer service. I'm sure they'll be able to assist you

Thanks, that's what I did and they helped me out. I just wasn't sure if I was missing something on the website.
I had the same issue so I put in a support request to customer service. It took them a couple of days but they contacted me with links to re-download.

I made a back up copy first thing this time. Live and learn I guess.
Hello,

It says on the website that I can purchase extended download option up to one year from purchase. I do not see anywhere to do this.

Does anyone know the process for this.

My computer needed to be reset, and I thought I had backed that up, but was wrong.

Thanks
