Hello,

It says on the website that I can purchase extended download option up to one year from purchase. I do not see anywhere to do this.

Does anyone know the process for this.

My computer needed to be reset, and I thought I had backed that up, but was wrong.

The extended download was part of your basket on initial purchase, see attached as a example. I've never seen it as a post purchase item. In your case, contact CL with appropriate purchase validation, they most likely will provide you with a new temporary set of download links.

Thanks, that's what I did and they helped me out. I just wasn't sure if I was missing something on the website.
