You should have bought an Intel cpu
Intel cpu's has Quicksync hardware encoders and are much faster then any amd solution.
Quote I am from the Netherlands and new to Powerdirector 16.
I shot some yi4k+ videos at 4k 60fps NTSC, despite living in the Netherlands (PAL)
I edited a few videos including slow motion parts (speed 50%), stills, photos and audio.

Ready for producing/ rendering i would be very grateful for some expert advice.

System W10 - i5 - 4460 - intel 4600 graphics on board - 3,2 ghz - 16gb Ram - SSD

Questions:

  1. Do i stay with NTSC or render/ convert to PAL

  2. Choose H.264 vs. H.265

  3. Which quality setting and framerate for Television playback: 4k, 2k or 1080P (current TV set is full HD)

  4. Use (intelligent) SVRT?

  5. Use Hardware acceleration OpenCL? (4600 should support only version 1.2)

  6. Use blocked artifacts in ''produce'' settings (SSE4 optimalized)

Any further advice also very welcome!!

Hope to hear from you.

Greetings,

John

Houdt het op 60 (pal /ntsc bestaat niet meer)
Gebruik hevc (h265) voor best kwaliteit.
Gebruik avc s voor mp4 (h264)
Gebruik geen open gl maar hardware de/codering
