PowerDirector 21 » Unable to Install PD21 » Go to message
Hello All,

I had an issue with my hard drive and had to upgrade to an SSD. I did have PD 16, but had issues trying to download and install that program even with tech support. I still have Windows 10, but felt it was time to upgrade and recently purchased Power Director 21 Ultimate and now with all of the files downloaded I am unable to open the program to install. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

*Note- I have been in touch with tech support, but still no progress or solution.

Hello, I just recently upgraded and uploaded my PD to 15. Upon video editing and uploading video to my Youtube account the video quality doesnt allow me to upload the video into HD quality. It has the lowest setting possible and doesnt even offer the chance to change to any other video quality (HD). Can someone assist me with why this is happening? Is there another setting to turn this feature on or I have a download file missing?
I never had this issue before with PD14.
