Hello All,

I had an issue with my hard drive and had to upgrade to an SSD. I did have PD 16, but had issues trying to download and install that program even with tech support. I still have Windows 10, but felt it was time to upgrade and recently purchased Power Director 21 Ultimate and now with all of the files downloaded I am unable to open the program to install. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

*Note- I have been in touch with tech support, but still no progress or solution.

I'm not sure what anyone here can do to help if tech support isn't able to get you going.

Maybe give us more details, like what is the actual name of the installation file, and what happens when you try to open it. A screen recording might be worth a 1000 words here. Upload it to YouTube and share a link here, or use the Attachments button below the forum's text box
