I know this is an old post but you might try double left clicking on the image and see if it will fill the screen.
It may only fill left to right with black bars on top and bottom.

I can no longer set or change the DVD cover art with this update.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled with only this update with the same outcome.
I guess I will have to wait for the next update fix this.

Yes, I guess you will have to use My Computer under Media Library to access additional folder in your movie folder.

That is the complete page. All the info is on the left side now. I do remember the icon on the lower left on the older PowerDVD but not on 13

I forgot to mention with PowerDVD13 when you choose movie library all your movies will have your movie DVD cover art like in Window Media Center.

Funny, I never noticed that before. Yes, I don't see it in V13 but it is definitely there in V12. I'll let you know when and if I find it.

Go to setting>Preferences>Media Library. Then add your movie folder.
