So inthe PD16 video .MOV from iPhone 8 what i gave the link works fine?
When insert .MOV into PD14, l only have a white image (the sound is fine),
but when l just rename the video from .MOV to .MP4, the picture is fine.

I'm sending a link to download 4K 60fps H.265/HEVC videos from iPhone 8

I've found that if l change the end of .MOV to .MP4 for a video so the PowerDirector works fine.
I am currently using the PowerDirector 14 Ultimate and wondering if the PowerDirector 16 version is the same issue of importing videos from iPhone 8?

When I was trying to import the 4K 60fps H265/HEVC video from the iPhone 8 in
PowerDirector 14, it is being imported, but it's only sound and the image is white.
