Supports PowerDirector 14 import and editing 4K 60fps H265/HEVC videos from iPhone 8?

When I was trying to import the 4K 60fps H265/HEVC video from the iPhone 8 in

PowerDirector 14, it is being imported, but it's only sound and the image is white.
