got it fixed, nvm for anyone who has problem like me above try this



go to C:\Program Files\CyberLink\Shared files



and look under plugins and rename folder/plugins you have to see which one is doing it for me newblue stopped working for some reason
So I have had PowerDirector installed for long time and use it to make youtube videos and the other day it started to crash when i open it. it loads the default images and mp4 file then hangs, or it hangs when tryin to open/add them to media library, or just opens and then after i try and do something locks up.



Here is the messed up part after it crashing time and time again it does open and lets me work on a vid then goes all crazy again.



I have installed the newest patch and im on windows 10 creator update. I need some help

did you find a fix? mine was working fine and has been crashing when it opens or it dont crash tell i try and load a project file
