Quote I am running power director 14 on a HP laptop with windows 10. After recient updates I now am unable to load .mov files to edit them. These are the same files that I used this summer. I get "An error occurred while opening this media file in the media library. It may be broken, an unsupported format, protected video content, or for another reason. Try contacting your video provider for a different video format." These same files will load into Power Media Player version 14.0.5.6909 and play.




mov files no problem ! but i can not get it on dvd or cd, even not in documents on pc....!
