kmjk333: Thank you very much! The Run as Admin did the trick. So excited to finally dive into the program.
I recently downloaded the free trial of PowerDirector 14. The download seems to work but when the prompt asks me if I'd like to install the software and I click yes, nothing happens. The download window goes away and the Windows Installer never pops up. I've tried the download several times (10+) on both Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers. I have also temporarily disabled my Firewall through Norton. I'm working on Windows 10. Rebooted my pc hoping that might help. No such luck.

I've emailed customer support but I'm not getting a response, so I'm hoping someone here can help. After reviewing some troubleshooting docs online I've also updated my version of Quicktime but that didn't seem to help either.
