Fantastic! This all helps a ton!! Thanks all!
Neil -

Thanks for the reply! I can't use the audio however - it's a race and all the sound is simply engine noise. And I'm not sure how to transition from clip to clip. Do I have to snip each one? Seems a waste to have multiple tracks but I have to snip and split each one if that is the case....

I'll be upfront and apologize now. I'm new. And I don't have a lot of time to get this done so I'm a bit frustrated. I have used editing software in the past but it has been years and I have forgotten many things. And I've never tried to do what I want to do. I'm more than happy to read a how to or watch a video - what I don't need is to slog through hours of useless videos that don't address what I need to do. And since I don't know exactly what to "search for" here I am.

I have 4-5 video clips of a car race shot on the same camera just at different angles. I'd like to load all of the clips and even manually line them up and then edit/splice them together picking a few seconds from one clip, then going to another, and then back and forth, etc. I'll have a dedicated music track and since there is no talking it's just engine noise. I don't want fancy transitions or titles or any of that stuff. I MAY want to do a PIP with once clip playing in a corner. No idea how to do that either.

I have Power DIrector Ultra 14.

Many thanks in advance.

James
