Quote Click the "PowerDirector" in the upper right-hand corner and post the pic so we can see exactly what version you have. Any chance you maybe clicked the Blu-ray disc type and you have the "Deluxe" version which does not support BD burn?

Jeff

The HDD was failing on my PC. I bought a Samsung SSD and ran the data migration software and copied the failing HDD to the SSD.
All files and apps were working fine exept Powerdirector 16. The HDD was so bad that after the migration it no longer worked at all. I knew a friend that had been working with Powerdirector and asked him to look at the copy on my SSD. He could not get it to run and so he uninstalled it from my SSD and installed his version. All was working fine, I was able to complete two DVD projects but not I can't burn my project to DVD because the burn disc is grayed out. His copy on his laptop works fine.
Here is the version # 16.0.127.0
Serial # VDE17025-01
After working on a vacation project went to create a DVD selected menu and so fort plled up "Burn in 2D" but the burn disc was grayed out. It worked fine on my last project but not on this one.
Any help will be appreciated.
