jeez, i don't know why that was so hard for me to find. oh well, thanks for the help, got it all figured out now
here's a screen shot from power director... I still cant find the "tools" tab or icon

and a screen shot from explorer showing 240fps. I am trying to make some very slow motion footage, maybe I didn't get that across at first.

Quote: What website said you should be able to do 240? Gen/Prefs never went higher than 60 fps. Anja is correct. It is in the ultra. 240 fps from a camera is used to produce smooth 8x slow motion. It is not used to produve standard video.

Thanks for the help so far. That is what I am trying to do. I can't seem to find the tab for tools like anja suggested.
hmm.. dont have that option in ultra. When I try to add the clip to the timeline it says there is a conflict in fram rates to the timeline and the clip. I go to general prefrences and it doesn't let me go any higher than 60 fps?? On the website it says I should be able to do 240.
PowerDirector Ultra 14

I'm relatively new to video editing and this forum. I have some 240fps footage I am trying to slow down a good bit. I am having trouble doing what I want in the action camera plug in.

  1. It won't let me slow it down as much as I would like

  2. The clip doesn't appear to be 240fps when I edit it, when I click on prefrences it does show it is 240fps though.

any ideas? I'm sure its been discussed before, but I couldnt find what I wanted to know through the search.
