I have uninstalled PowerDVD
I have uninstalled and cleaned out all nvidia drivers.
Installed latest WHQL drivers from nVidia
Installed PowerDVD Licensed version
Installed the patch
Same damn issue.
Only on my LG 55" 4K UHD at 60Hz I get a 3D window and it is pushed up to the left.
If I set the TV to 30Hz it works but watching BluRAy is sluggish and the Audio is slightly out of sync.
Really pissed about this. Paid good money for something that doesn't work. But there is no other choice really.
AnyDVD HD and VLC don't give me Menus for watching content like Game of Thrones that has multiple episodes on one disc.
Gutted.

Hi there,
I have the same issue. It started after I upgraded my Graphics Card from a nVidia GTX 770 to an GTX 970.
I have an LG 4K UHD Smart TV and when it is set to 60Hz and I launch PowerDVD 15 it will come up like a 3D movie, except the TV is not a 3D TV. I have been through all the settings and have tried your suggestions here, but I get the same issue.
The only fix is to set the refresh rate back to 30Hz which is a bit annoying.
I have created a ticket on this already. Just waiting on a response.
Running Windows 10 64Bit.
Thanks
John

Sorry for the spelling mistakes.
Should read "I am getting an error"
Should be Apocalypto not Apocolypto.

I am getting and error with PowerDVD 15 when playing a purchased Blu Ray Disc Apocolypto which region B.
I have Windows 10 and a purchased copy of Cyberlink PowerDVD 15.
The region on the BluRay player is Region 4 which is Australia. PowerDVD is set to B which is Australia. My PC Region is Australia. The disc should play.
But no, it comes up saying the player is not set to the correct region.
I have set UAC to never notify. I have tried disabling Avast Internet Security. Still not working.
Other disks are fine, just this one.
Any assistance is welcome.
I have created a ticket on this already but they take an eternity to reply.
