I'm downloading titles, particles etc from DirectorZone but these are not showing as available as a download in PD14. They have definitely downloaded to PC folder but just don't show as available to use. Can anyone help?

Since W10 has installed all my videos show a green screen when playing back. Sound it ok but there are no images. Cyberlink support has been pretty power. Can anyone help or advice me on how to resolve? Thanks
