I'm downloading titles, particles etc from DirectorZone but these are not showing as available as a download in PD14. They have definitely downloaded to PC folder but just don't show as available to use. Can anyone help?

Did you double-click each downloaded effect to install them?
You also must be aware that widescreen 16:9 effects will only appear in you library if your UI is set to 16:9. The same is true for 4:3 effects.
