Ok i will do that , but just one more thing it works ok on VLC and DIVX but not on Windows media player . mpeg4 shows up as a music file on the screen but the video has sound but no pic , and with avi it is washed out , i will post some of the video tomorrow,, thanks for your help
Quote: Hi,
Not knowing what the original video is, I would not chose the avi format offered by PowerDirector 13 (it's going to be a very large video file). The original will suffer ome form of degradation when re-rendered to this format (windows avi).
mp4 issue = file association. Right click on the mp4 and chose open with, set as default player.
The end user/client may have to set their own PC or use QuickTime.
For wmp, why not chose to output as a WMV.
Just trying to assist.

Thanks for you help i have tried WMV and this also is a problem ,
What am i doing wrong , if i produce any file into an avi , it plays like it is overexposed like washed out when using Windows media player. I need to send these files to clients , and they can not play it because it is so bad. Also if i save as an Mpeg4 it just shows the video file as a Music file icon when using WMP and will not play. It plays ok using DIVX or VLC viewer , but my clients do not have this , i need it to play on WMP. I have tried everything Please help I am using widows 8.1
