not with bluray or dvd. de refresh rate go's to 24HZ with this 2 medias. but the stuttering begins with a mkv file. tv is 60hz.
with every powerdvd i had the problem that the movie stutters when playin a movie. why there is not a v-sync option to the display fresh rate ? is that so diffucult ? ist ridiculous to not have this option on tv-mode ! (sorry for my bad english, but i am upset !)
