Wonder how I get my money back?
They sent me a set of links to the software but it was identical to that on the CD. Uninstalled, reinstalled then applied patch. Same error.

I replied back to customer support last week. Never had a reply.

Service is poor.

They can't even get their own software to patch.

I won't be using any cyberlink products again. Very unhappy, poor service, useless software which doesn't work. I appreciate most people don't have this issue, but I do and they are unable to resolve it. Software will be installed and it's back to pinnacle studio or might try Sony Vegas.
I have a license key, which was entered after the install. The key was accepted so presume I entered it correctly. The software then went off to activate itself which was successful. I then used the software without any problem. When attempting to apply the 2604 patch it says I have a trial version.

I have tried reinstalling and entered the same key without any problem. Upon second attempt the software did not attempt to activate itself.

The software was bought from Amazon. Two DVDs with the licence key on the DVD packaging.

The pd box was sealed upon arrival.
I have installed PD13 Ultimate and having activated the software I attempted to install the latest patch 2604.

Power Director now tells me that I have a trial version and I can't install patch. Which is very strange as the software stated it had been successfully activated.

I cannot find anywhere in the software which states that it is a trial version.

I have produced a MPEG4 video clip and it didn't have a watermark and also have a full set of DVD menus, not just one menu template.

Is there anyway I can tell if the software is running in trial mode?

I have logged a ticket with Cyberlink customer support over 24 hours ago but have had no response!!

Can anyone possibly help?
