Moderators, please forgive my post because the New Topic button only takes me to my profile and there's an issue with the PowerDirector 14 upgrade hang and the Tech Support form forbids me to ask about it without a serial number, which I don't have yet because the dang thing hung up AFTER it deleted my registered product. I am not happy that this is the only way I can get through to you guys about my problem, but it's all I've got. dslevsq@yahoo.com
