When I am using white fonts (in bold or in big size) and black back ground to display any information, after production the white colour faints a little and is not as bright as it was during editing. How do I fix this?

I am using PD 13 and producing a documentary which was long list of credit (run time is approx 1.45 min). I have used black screen and Scroll Credit 001 / Scroll Credit 002. Fonts are in white. While displaying credit I am playing two music tracks.

Did many experiments with various combination of font size and type, but every time after production these fonts appear shaky and blinking. Can someone aid in STEADY SCROLLING of credits.
