I import media and begin playing (plays fine on other view site) and part way through (same spot everytime, it freezes on a video frame and no audio continues even though the counter continues as if it is still playing. This is not the first time the raw footage is good but Power Director 13 stops at a given point?!

I am producing a movie in MPEG4 - I just did one and it worked. I tried another and it gets to 99% and won't finish. It says Producing Movie...99%. I have paused and resumed...nothing. I have ended with task manager and tried again - it quickly gets to 99% and won't finish. I have rebooted computer...same results. Any body know how to fix this?
