Okay - one more question...

I tried producing the rolling credits and then layering them on top of my other video or pictures, and I can resize the window of the scrolling text... but is there any way to make the scrolling text transparent using this method?

I want the other video to show through the scrolling text...
Excellent - Thanks Jimbo and Tony!

Looks like the key to masking titles (credits) is producing them first as a separate video object and then applying the mask to that object in the timeline.

Makes sense when you think about it. Just couldn't get my head around not being able to do it in the titles object itself.

I appreciate the tip. I'm brand new to PowerDirector. I;ve done all the usual things to try to figure out how to create or add a mask, but can't find it... Can you point me in the right direction?

Thanks@!
I want to have rolling text like ending credits, but limit how much of the screen they use. Basically, I have a text title at the top of the screen, and I don't want the scrolling text to roll over it.

Is there any way to do this?

Thanks!
