Could not play (screen turns BLACK) some HEVC 4K files!

Even noemal windows media player (and Plotplayer, Vlc, ZoomPlayer, Splash) can play this without problem.

Windows 7 64bit!

Here it is.

It is a MPEG1 NTSC file in ar 4:3 flag. (checked by mediainfo).

It is not a VCD native .dat file!!

It is a BIG BIG question for me!!!

I have used PowerDVD9, 10, 13, 14 and now 15, I still don't understand why all MPEG 1 video is not played in 4:3 ratio???

It is that easy and all knows the flag of MPEG 1 must be played in 4:3!!!

Can Cyberlink nicely fix this simple problem pls.
