DTS sound no sound when change audio, i have to change to other audio and change back often the sound will be come normal. power dvd 16 not happen. I try to reinstall still the same *****file.mkv . I use CPU 7800X with asus gaming e. thank you

ok 3dplay normally for 3d monitor play with the games but If u use with 3d HDTV there are function 3d so u not need 3dtvplay. (u cannot play games that no 3d in option in games or u can change 3d on TV)

U can test by LED TV HDMI with powerdvd any version driver 335.23 see movies that run fast (Amazing spiderman2) compare new nvidia driver 34x.xx u will know what a problem.
my English is no good so I cannot explain.

2. -*- first normal 1080p 60hz while open 3D bluray (SBS, 3D.ISO) change to 1080p 23.xxhz or 720p 60zh

Hi Ricky,
Bug is still under investigation. Our development team is in contact with Cyberlink and collaborating on this issue currently. We are seeing some strange behavior on the application side so we just need to work with Cyberlink to understand the issue and hopefully that will yield a solution. Again i will certainly update once a fix is available.

Hi, not fix again in 344.48 same problem that not smooth while playing 3Dmovies on powerDVD 2014 that stutter a bit

I'm afraid the bug is still under investigation and not fixed yet. Once the bug is fixed and a driver is available, then I'll definitely notify you so you can retest.

Hi Ricky,
I'm not sure if I understand your question, can you clarify please? Switching between 2D and 3D is control by the graphics drivers. The "C:\NVIDIA" folder is just the default folder the compressed drivers binaries are extracted to. Once the binaries are extracted then the installer wizard runs from that directory. This is merely a folder to hold the extracted driver binaries. The binaries in this folder is not used again once the installation is complete, so you can actually delete the entire folder if you don't need to saved the driver binaries. All the drivers used by Windows is installed to the proper Windows directories. The "NV3DVision" folder house all the binaries required for the Stereoscopic feature.

Thanks for the update Ricky. We have received more reports of this issue and currently working with the other users to help with our investigation. We believe we finally have a failure case in-house for our development to investigate. We hope to have this fixed in a future driver update. new driver 340.52 still stutter when the movies change the cut scene same as 337.88, 340.xx beta when play 3D movie (the best 3D playback is 335.23)
How to solve this problem.

my eng no good. I use powerdvd new patch. LG Led3d with nvidia 770 driver 335.23 it work perfect with hdmi 1.4a wacth 3d mkv, 3d.iso, bluray3d. after i update driver 33x.xx to newest 344.48. 3D not smooth when the movie go fast ( Amazing spiderman 2)

first I use driver 335.23, it work perfect when I watch 3D movies after I update new driver 33x.xx to now 344.48 over 6 months 3D movies very stutter cannot watch any more. I have to roll back to 335.23 but a new games I cannot play. So, How I can solve this problem. Sorry my English not very good.

when I want to watch some other language video I have to search that language it 's crash in powerdvd search youtube.

I use windows 7 (now change to Windows 8.1)
Thai language in control panel language setting normally use Shift+Ctrl to change but also you can change setting to Grave Accent `(before number one on keyboard) just put ` can change to order language after you put 2 times in youtube Powerdvd 13 will crash. PowerDVD 12 is not happen.
