The message was "Unknown error: code 80004005"

I paid for this software few weeks ago (when I had Windows 7), and it worked perfect. But, after update to Windows 8, it never has recognized my BR discs. I hope this v2428 could fix the error, but the problem persists

I don't know how to proceed know...

Thanks, I have downloaded and installed the update

The problem is that, now, when I start a Blu-Ray, it sends the error message code 80004005

Hi,

I'm trying to download the last patch to update my Cyberlink PowerDVD 12 software but I'm not able to do it.

It installs a Downloader manager that freezes everytime i try to use it, so it can't download my patch and I can't view Blu-Rays with my original and expensive software...

How can I solve this problema?

I have Windows 8 64 bits.
