Cheers
Just noticed this too on the nvidia page...it is a trial for a PureVideo decoder. Try it on another PC

http://www.nvidia.com/object/dvd_decoder_1.02-223-trial.html
PureVideo only came out this year...but PowerDVD 6 has been out for more than a year now. However the CyberLink website has a pack supporting nvidia hardware acceleration for the playback of h.264 content.

"HD264 Pack - for PowerDVD 7 Standard and PowerDVD 6"

You can check it out yourself: http://www.cyberlink.com/english/products/powerdvd/7/packs.jsp

You should also confirm if your nvidia card is supported: http://www.nvidia.com/page/purevideo_support.html

Cheers.
Version 3 sounds a bit lame...version 5 lets import QT files
The way I do it is by using the color filter within PiPs. You really need to be sure you have a single color inside the frame that is different to the frame color. Just drag your frame to the PiP track...then double click on that...you'll see the option for color filter. Use the eye dropper to select the color...and adjust the tolerance slider until your color disappears. Then image behind should be covered by the frame. It aint perfect but it works....unless someone knows a better way?
