The regional settings seems to be ok. I have tried the disk yesterday on an external blue-ray player and it works fine.
It really looks like as if PowerDVD was just unable to interact with the menu and to jump to an arbitrary title...

Hello all,
I have a really strange problem: All my BDs are working fine, except one (Lawrence of Arabia): I get stuck at the launch menu (impossible to move / select / launch the movie even with the virtual command on screen). I do believe that the BD works (I have tried with MakeMKV).
Thanks in advance for any idea (I have maybe forgotten something stupid) (otherwise I will try to exchange the disk ?).
(I am using PowerDVD 12 ; last version as of 21/05/13)

Hello,
I am currently re-installing my computer and I wanted to reinstall PowerDVD12 as well.
However, I have several issues :
- On the account I can only see "PowerDVD 10". I have bought the 10->12 Ultra upgrade and when I click on "Check order status", I get the summary of my last order that includes "Upgrade to PowerDVD 12 Ultra from 9/10/11 versions (Download version)".
(I have also the activation number for this upgrade). I do not understand why my account is not updated to reflect this purchase ?
- In all cases, I can re-download the 10->12 upgrade using the order summary page but how can I re-download the v10 (I have the serial number as well on my account page as described above)
Thanks for your help. I need to reinstall quickly the software  I guess this is a very usual problem but I wasn't able to find the solution in the FAQ...
