Content aware I found that before xmas but forgot; so
in library, point to clip and 2 choises descend scene detect
and content aware
I used Fix/enhance/ stabilizer to produce a"stabilized"folder
from my "first cuts" folder
I gees I have 3 way to the same end please tell me if I used the wrong path

no even stoping acdsee loking at videos all i can get is a series of photos from beach1.png

My Pd11 just opens what I chose and then I right click it and view properties to tell me its codex..... Beautifull

I want to standardize my old footage to m2ts in PD11 (some are 8 gig Avi files)
Should I stabilize before I Produce the m2ts or stabilize after producing another codex?

but does changing preferences effect all future and past projects or only that project in which one made the change?
I need to know where I have to take care; I've fallen flat on my face too often

Am I Right in making "project profiles" such as 4x3pal25, 16x9nt30, JCV, Iphone
assembling appropriate folders;and saving each library as subject/profile; or are all libs viewable in all profiles

Many of us old aspiring gurus have clips from differing codexes collected and treasured over the years in the hope that
we would be able to pass them on to our great grand children (no way would they survive our children)
PD 11 is great at getting out our premature shakes on VHS cameras, and corrects the exposure well
But Interlaced GOP ??? Etc; Iphone is Nt?? we're PAL Should we set our cameras to NT?? how doe's our old PAL translate to NT??
So what is the best way to gather clips together to use PD to stitch things together in one output?
so the question is :- If one changes Preferance on a PC from PAL to NT??; then later opens a saved PAL project
