Thanks for the advice.

When I do this I do get an A: prompt. How do I run the CD software? The system doesn't seem to recognize any drive but the A: drive.

How do I make a bootable CD with Power2Go?I t asks for a bootable floppy or a boot image. I tried the bootable floppy: it only gives me a DOS boot to the A: drive. Where do I get the appropriate boot image file for XP Mediat Center?
