Hi MartinL,

In previous mention, the HDCP verification would check display device connection status.

What cable you used to connect PC and A/V receiver previously?
Are there any splitters or adapters applied on connection port or cable?

The adapters or splitters could possibly let HDCP verification failed.

If condition persists after above check, you may contact our technical support for further help at current stage.

Hi DaveF,

To sort out any possible or unknown compatibility problems, you may check if the VGA driver or BD/DVD drive firmware is up-to-date from hardware vendors' support page.

Beside of that, for the problem under certain platform, I recommend you to directly contact the customer support:

Hi DaveF,

Do you import the disc ISO into PowerDVD Media Libary-> Movie Library in advance?
The cover art setting feature is available for movies imported in movie library.

If there is still no cover art option when browsing in movie library, check if PowerDVD re-installation works.

Greetings
Chuck
Hi Sofian,

As media library is not a playlist to manage playback order, and has its own sorting rules (title, length, album).
If you need to arrange the playback/display order custom/manually, you may add the songs to playlist, and then arrange the order by dragging them within playlist for playback.

Greetings,
Chuck
Hi MartinL,

By your information, the BD advisor's examination: Video Connection Type: Digital (without HDCP) -> No.

Commercial Blu-ray movies disc has HDCP content protection which requires your display device, connection cable all support HDCP, and you may need to check there is NO splitters/adapters applied on connection cable which may violate HDCP protection.

Beside of that, if all of them support HDCP, for the product issue under certain platform, I recommend you to directly contact the customer support:

Hi Support4000,

PowerDVD 16 applies new file security sign which is natively supported in Windows 8 and above version Windows.
For Windows 7, you may need to install all the important updates detected within Windows Update program get new file security sign support, and reinstall PowerDVD 16 again to get it effect.

A trick to check if the Windows 7 is truly up-to-date in DxDiag -> Save All Information in DxDiag txt, you may check attached screenshot.

If it's not up-to-date, you may launch Windows Update program manually to check the updates thoroughly.
