I've had the same problem with nVIDIA 610m.
Try to set MANUALLY 3D 1080p24 in nVidia Control panel. This solved my problem.
Try to update video drivers.
I would like too.
I often suffered from the same problem. But now I have no problem playing BD movie folders from HDD.
PDVD is sensitive enough to completeness of BD movie folder structure.
If any folder is not playable by PDVD I run the following bat-file in the BD movie main folder (which contains BDMV subfolder):
rem --------------
mkdir BDMV
mkdir CERTIFICATE
cd BDMV
mkdir AUXDATA
mkdir BACKUP
mkdir BDJO
mkdir CLIPINF
mkdir JAR
mkdir META
mkdir PLAYLIST
mkdir STREAM
cd BACKUP
mkdir BDJO
mkdir CLIPINF
mkdir JAR
mkdir PLAYLIST
pause
rem --------------
Yes, this is a big disadvantage of PowerDVD 13.
I have Hama Remote Control for Windows Media Center, https://www.hama.com/00052451/hama-remote-control-for-windows-media-center
"Forward" and "Backward" buttons don't work in PowerDVD. But these buttons work fine in ArcSoft TMT and XBMC.
Any idea to fix issue?
Yes, the same is with XBMC.
It's because CyberLink changed command line syntax in PDWD 13.0.3105.58.

For example, before:
> PDVDLP.exe F:\SomeBlurayTitle\
Now it must be:
> PDVDLP.exe F:\SomeBlurayTitle

By the way http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/27715.page is odd.
