Hello, Looks like my problem with the Audio download has been solved. CL sent me new login info. I logged in and requested a new confirmation email and on the email I had my key info and a download button which I did not have in the first email, I clicked the button and behold I got my download. I also switched to Firefox server and am wondering if my Internet Explorer software had something to do with my problem. Anyway all is well.
I want to thank Pix for all his help.

Hi, I do not get anything like your screen shot. I was given a link for the download, but the link was for downloading the Powder Director ultra which I had Previously ordered. I had the same problem with the PD ultra when I ordered it.

Hi, I just purchased PD Audio package. Has anyone had trouble downloading this software? I received the confirmation email but had no downlink. I got in touch with support, they give me a download link that took me to a previous downlload link to a product I had ordered previsously. I like the PD stuff, but I have a problem getting what I ordered.
