There have been some issues with the CL Downloader reported, but unrelated to yours.

The link you used, I believe, should have allowed you to download a small downloader file. When this file is run, the AudioDirector software should be downloaded & installed.

I'm not sure why you have been provided with a link that doesn't work, but could you please take a look at that screen capture & describe where it's different from what you're getting.

Hi, I do not get anything like your screen shot. I was given a link for the download, but the link was for downloading the Powder Director ultra which I had Previously ordered. I had the same problem with the PD ultra when I ordered it.

In that case, I think pursuing the problem with Customer Support is your best option.

Submit a follow up ticket referencing this thread & state clearly that the link provided was NOT for AudioDirector, but PowerDirector.

I will make contact with CL to see whether we can resolve your issue more quickly.

Hello, Looks like my problem with the Audio download has been solved. CL sent me new login info. I logged in and requested a new confirmation email and on the email I had my key info and a download button which I did not have in the first email, I clicked the button and behold I got my download. I also switched to Firefox server and am wondering if my Internet Explorer software had something to do with my problem. Anyway all is well.
I want to thank Pix for all his help.
