It is 100% Cyberlink's fault that the software doesn't work all of a sudden and I have a suspicion this is a bait and switch tactic to get users to buy newer versions. The trial for PowerdDVD 12 plays blu rays and the tech support person coolly says 'If it works on Powerdvd 12, then you should just buy that'. Oh, just spend another 80 dollars to buy new software from the same crappy company whose earlier version doesn't work! Now, WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT?

please try this one; it solved my problem in 30 minutes, mostly download time. it seen to be similar to an patch page but I get it from Lenovo directly.
