I will not give up until it is done.

People who are on social media sites should keep going in
their effort to force Cyberlink to work through AMD and
get it done also.

Tom
I recontacted Cyberlink concerning not receiving answer to my previous ticket. I just now received answer back. They say

as we knew it was that AMD drivers 15 and update is not compatable with TT. Their engineers are workiing with AMD for update to

correct this problem and suggested rolling back to the vs. 14 that was working before the 15 update for Windows 10.

Hope they do get it worked out and AMD does release update that will correct this problem with Windows 10.

I have been unsuccessful in getting anyting from AMD at all......

We should not have to do any kind of tweeking in CCC to get this to work, it should work automatically like it is suppose to.

Tom
Don't use social media.

All I need is info from d-mat as to whether his graphic card
was AMD based. Then I will handle with Cyberline and AMD
to get this handled.
d_mat,
Do you have AMD graphic adapter? I need to find out if this
is due to driver needing to be updated by AMD or is it
Cyberlink's software problem.

Thanks
Tom
I turned off TT enhancements and now BD movie play just
fine. I do not understand why they have this highly
advertised benefit if it does not work.

Why does it work when it is turned off and not on?

I even sent a support request to Cyberlink tech support and
so far they have not answered me.

Advise please.

Tom
I have owned PowerDVD for some time and prior version worked perfect but BD discs will not play properly in Windows

10 release (This is an actual Microsoft release not beta).

Regular movie DVD will play just fine but BD movie disks will not. They stutter in both image and audio. Some may call it hanging

but what happens is the image will move very slowly and jumps and the sound does the same thing, just like when someone

stutters.

My video card is Asus AMD HD6450 all updates.

Display is HP 2311x

HDMI connection

Has anyone had a simular problem, or know how I can correct this or what may be the probolem?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
After installing PowerDVD Ultra 2014, practically everything on my computer is shown as the open software default of PowerDVD.

Why is this and how can I correct some of the things that I would prefer some other software such as the software that opens my

Music files..???

I love PowerDVD to use to play my Blu Ray Movies but not everything on my computer.
