How can we change the font size of the feature "Show Information" in PowerDVD16 to more like previous version PowerDVD15? The current size of the font is 2 to 3 time the size of the previous version.

Every time, I insert a new disc I get the following two errors

No disc in drive <drive letter>.

This type of disc is not supported.

Now if I quit and re-open PowerDVD, then the disc will play. But this occurs every time I remove the disc and insert a new one. This has occurred in both PowerDVD 11 and 12. What is going on? This keeps up I may have to scrap PowerDVD and go with something else.
