Hi Thanks for that. Friend gave me Movie Magix pro plus 10, have installed on my spare computer running XP. No problems, works perfect. Cyberlink should be able to do this basic kind of thing. Shame on them. Kind of you to reply. Best Wishes, Lonnie.

Hi, Picked this post up. I am trying to pass Hi 8 from anolog cam through dv cam, settings and connections are correct. Picture shows on capture screen, but will not record, message says 'No tape in cam' I have just put up a post about it. Friend has Magix software and can do it very easily. Could be Cyberlink not up to the task.

Trying to use dv cam to pass through anolog tape from anolog cam, connections are correct, picture shows on capture screen, but will not record, message says 'no tape in dv cam' Friend has Magix software and has no problem. Using win 7 64bit on well specified computer. Also my dv cam is set to AV-DV OUT and is on. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
