i purchased a retail box with a CD in the box. so are you saying i need to uninstall demo 14, install CD 14 and then put the code it?

Do have a link so i may download the version 14 that will ask for the code? really want the CD out of the loop as all my software now is on a flash drive in a safe place. thank you.
downloaded the 30 day demo PowerDVD14 ultra, liked it, went and purchased the real thing so i now have a real product key, cant find where to insert it, to turn the demo into live product. thank you.
Update for all. Tech support has sent me an email. And a new link. Thanks CyberLink-Michael. But now tells me I have to have the prior version on the computer to work. It got delete in this whole process of loading and reloading the version 11, and I don’t have it to re-install, I sent them an email saying so, so I wait again for them to write back. I don’t understand the days between replies, but they are replying. I am in the service industry, I would never get away with this, I work problems till its done, even providing my clients with my personal cell number, Thanks all for the feedback and support.
Thanks, like I said maybe I am not describing it correctly, but near 2 months now to simply trying install a program? I think I even suggested they just ship me the product if they don’t want to provide a download link for the software that would ask for my serial number (I would pay the cost). I have installed plenty of software, it not a hard this to do. Support will not even respone to my requests anymore, that not right. thanks for hangin in there.

I opened up addtional ones hopeing it would get me someone else other the guy who was not helping me. At this point i have uninstalled everything as it was getting so confusing. a simple phone call would have been so quick as maybe at some point i did not explane this well with text.

first download would not run, install, after several trys, from your Cyberlink online.

Support said to remove the version I had running as i could not insert the activation code unlock, It was some time later support gave me a working download link for a fresh product when the other was not working, downloaded it from Cyberlink on line support, it never asked for my activation code, support said it would ask for my code this time.

Program aways runs in a 30 day demo mode wanting me to purchase at a discounted rate for somthing I already paid for. time passed i tried to dowload again, same results, 30 days demo, now download link for the PowerDVD 11 ULTRA with Android is dead. But never worked anyway.

I have nothing other than a 30 day version and your suport telling me they are done helping me. I dont think I was asking for alot but just simple help to get a program loaded and running. To do that i need the Live version of Product, one that will take my code. Should I list my code for you?
thank you, i have tried that but just another black hole to nowhere. Only gives you 2 choices, enter a ext or contact support/customer service on web (have done that one for near 2 months now) press 0 to get the help of an operator and it hangs up on you!

I paid good money for this months ago and have nothing.
I purchased Cyberlink over 2 months ago and todate do not have a working product and they have my money. Order Number:10796398544. they hide behind their tech web site and I have asked the to call me but they dont. I am a nice person, but this is sad, why dont they post a phone number we can cal on their web site?
