Already did that month's ago.
This is still happening--even with the latest patch.
Just curious--why would adding .old be any different than adding a period or removing a letter?
I didn't have a campaign folder, but I did have a trial folderr I rename to trial.old. So far no popups.
Any word on what triggering the ads--I've applied the latest patch and I'll still getting the ads.
DVD120119-05 (DVD110722-02)

I bought 12 ultra immediately after it came out from the web as an upgrade. If I remember it left 11 ultra in place, but I removed 11 through control panel. I'm Windows 7 64-bit.
After starting Powerdvd 12 I receive two or three prompts to buy Ultra--the problem is I already own Ultra.
It doesn't show in the web site, but the updater inside 11 Ultra now downloads --CyberLink.v2024_r69476_Ul_DVD110811-05.exe
which works. Digital signature is September 1 rather that August 26th.
In my case--PowerDVD11_UpgradeUltra_v1620_r66404_DVD110218-06.exe.

From 9 Ultra to 11 Ultra.
The 2024 Ultra patch will not install on the Windows 7x64 pc. It say the required version is not present. My about windows shows Version11.0.1719.51, Version type Ultra, SR Number DVD110510-11,TR Number TR110524-018

The reason for "full" media would be if a future operating system would not let me install version 9 and then go forward.
I recently "lost" my downloaded copy of PowerDVD11 Ultra because of a drive (and backup) failure. Tech support provided me a download link quickly after sending proof of purchase. I was able to upgrade because I had purchased media for version 9 ultra because I had activated too often (I'm in IT and change PCs often.) and was given a number to call. The support agent took my order for the media--I think it was 19.95 or 29.95.

I inquired how to buy media for version 11 and was referred back to the Digital River page which doesn't seem to apply. There are no numbers for Cyberlink or Digital River to be found any longer. Now I seen that you can by a backup disc, but only with a new order, and it's not clear that the backup disc contain a key.

Is there a number I can call or a web page that will let me give proof or purchase and buy the media?
