Ive purchased all upgrade versions from my full version 8. just reinstalled my system and found the same issue, cant put ver 12 upgrade straight on. it looks for a previous version

Now ive got to dig out my version 8 full and start the upgrade process from there....

Hi M Kelbie. Are you running your PC through an AMP (Via HDMI) before the TV? I had the same issue, upgraded my Video Card to an AMD (To support HDMI 1.4 - same issue) and I found the AMP was stripping away the 3D info. I have to run directly into the TV for the 3D to work.
