Yes, I have used the Clcleaner10. This is how I was able to repair the software and remove the BSOD. My only issue is cinema mode Blu-ray.

I have a physical Blu-ray disk in my physical Blu-ray drive. I open PowerDVD 10 in classic mode and I'm able to watch the movie no problem. Once I switch to Cimema mode i get a unsporrted disk in drive F:

This means I'm not able to use the "10' interface"
This is my main source for watch OTA, Movies (Blue-ray) and Netflix all using this same HTPC runnig Windows Media Center.

Cinama mode is the ONLY way to watch Blu-ray disks while in WMC.

No help on this one? I see the problem with no fix. When the player is open in classic mode the drive still reads DVD until you (play) a Blu-ray disc. Once the Loading Blu-ray is started you can see Classic mode shows Blu-ray. As soon as you switch to Cinema mode it also switches back to DVD. Then i get the unsopprted disc in drive error. Switch back to classic mode and the (disc drive F shows DVD again?
After the clcleaner and a fresh install

10 Standard>serial # >Ultra update > serial # >3715 update

Blue-ray plays after saying this content connot be played unless you update? <yes> Update complete?

tada - works - not so fast

Cinema mode says:
there is a disk with an unsupported format in drive F:
Clean install of Win7x64
4gb ram
Intel I3
Intel Motherboard

The only thing I can think of is that this system now is built with a Win7 w/SP1 combined disk?
When I first had Powerdvd 10 Windows 7 sp1 was installed afterwards.

Installed Powerdvd 10 standard
did the 3715 standard update
Installed the Ultra upgrade
did the 3715 ultra update

I've tried this in different orders:
10 standard>upgrade Ultra>3715 update

I have a ticket open and since waiting for a reply now cinema mode stopped working?

I'm going to try one more time using the clcleaner and reinstalling everything.

PowerDVD 12 works fine. I own 10 and don't really want to upgrade (pay money) just to get it working.!.
Thank You for this fix!!!!!!!

This fixed ALL my issues!

Intel Management Engine Interface

...Except now I get a full screen GREEN screen "pop" between previews and different BD functions, extras? Sometimes the pop stays longer.
removed added seperate post in Blu-ray section
Yes. I did use the cleaner tool and it works very well. I didn't use it the first time but have used it on all the last few times reinstalling.

Is there a way to install just the latest version patched? Can I make an install point and patch that and then use the install point to reinstall on my HTPC?

The process I'm using now is.

10 Standard install
Patch
10 Ultra upgrade disk
Patch

Most of the time I check it each time to see how it's going. The very last patch either breaks it all so nothing works or it works very smoothly and intergates very well then freezes. At this point it will never play again??? Resart just to remove Powerdvd10cinima*32 from the task manager.
Thank You, That worked perfectly. I changed the setting to LCD panel and the screen is now full. I remember when it shrunk during the install WMC asks if you want them to adjust your display settings. SAY NO! After I said yes you can watch the screen shrink 5%. Hauppauge also has a WMC reset tool that works on their website. Saves a rebuild.

unfortunately, I can't spend anymore time with this Blu-ray PowerDVD.

I can't even get it to start for more then a second before freezing? Can't end task of Powerdvd. Requires restart every time? I really wanted this to work but, not paying $30 for phone support when I already payed for the software? 10 ULTRA Mark II. Can't find anything on the internet? Nobody is having problems except me?

If I install 10 without any patches I can start to watch the movie. CPU in one of the 4 cores is 100% 20% average???? Tried INtel hardware acceleration? I'm at a lose for words. Should just get a Tivo for OTA and a separate Blu-ray!

It seems everyone is using x64 these days. Should I build the Win7 x86 since I only use 4gb?

The Blu-ray advisor advanced says that my drivers need upgrading?
Hi All

As soon as I use play dvd funtion to play Blu-ray disk the screen (only where the movie is playing-not the whole WMC) flickers and goes about 5% smaller. Sound is fine. No stuttering (after 2nd reinstall) I'm also using Windows Basic 7 theme. No Aero.

I have PowerDVD 10 ultra for my HTPC. After using cyberlink powerdvd 10 cleaning tool and the third Powerdvd install. I was able to get everything to work intergrated with WMC7. Except for playing Blu-ray full screen. DVD's play fine. Haven't checked 24p yet?
