Well somehow I managed to get mine to work again (not entirely sure how).
Rebooted my system and made sure all the Cyberlink software was not running. That includes brs.exe and all the PowerDVD stuff. Booted it up, made sure I could play my movie file, then put in the blu-ray and it started to work with no issues.
Blu-ray on PC is very tricky cause of all the different security things going on. Thinking perhaps a separate blu-ray player might be worthwile in the near future.

I am currently expericing the exact same thing; funny in that it was working perfectly fine earlier today. Tried to play Battle: Los Angeles and now it refuses to respond. I can play a MKV Dobly TrueHD test file and it responds fine, just not with any blu-ray disc at all. Either it will auto quit or get stuck at 99%
In the Windows Task manager, PowerDVDCpx10.exe *32 is still active. PowerDVD won't open till I end that and any other Cyberlink programs that are open.

I have the same issue. Happened with both the AMD/ATI and the realtek driver. Already had a support ticket in with Cyberlink and its been forwarded to their Product & Development team.
I'm running a Diamond Radeon HD6970, HDMI 1.4 cables all over and PowerDVD 10 refuses to give me the 3rd HDMI audio option.
Hell, I even did a fresh OS install with only chipset drivers, display drivers, HDMI audio drivers and PowerDVD10 and still did not work.
All we can do is wait and see.
