I was able to resolve my issue with Media Center but not sure what in the end "fixed" it. I have uninstalled AnyDVD and Virtual Clone Drive initially but both are reinstalled now and functioning.

I do have a problem with the latest update not allowing me to play mounted DVD iso's.
I am running PowerDVD Ultra 3D Mark II
I have tried uninstalling / reinstalling and updating to the latest Patch

I agree that it may have something to do with Internet Explorer 9 as that's about the timeframe that it stopped working.

As far as plugins for Media Center, I run Media Browser and Windows Home Server

Here are the results of my DxDiag and BDAdvisor:
Quote: I had exactly same issue within WMC, solved it by checking the box 'Allow PowerDVD to automatically disable Windows Aero' within Bluray Disc tab.
Had it unchecked & caused a lockup everytime.

No such luck with this change for me
I too have this problem, PowerDVD cannot be launched from within media center.
