What are the steps to start uploading video from JVC to Power Director Express5? The thumbnails do not automatically populate after making the USB connection with the JVC camera turned on, and on clicking on importing video, I get an open screen with clips from an old project. I have had success making a movie in the past but maybe forgot a step. Please respond: francese.fam@cox.net.
