thanks for this so far. i have the same video in avi and mpeg as you see the mpeg one shakes the outside edge. i am testing the system as use corel at present and looking to change (xmas present).

i have powerdirector 9 working and when it stablises avi files it seems fine but if it do it with mpeg files it makes the edge shake. am i missing something or doesnt it hold the edge in mpeg?
