I'm having the same issue. The project shows 3074MB on the lower left corner of the Burn page but when I try to burn it to a DVD (4.7GB) it gets to 99% and then says there's not enough room on the DVD.

If I split the project into two parts I can burn to the DVDs just fine but I would rather have it all on one DVD.

My DxDiag.txt file is attached. I'm running PowerDirector 8.
